All New Zealand orders are dispatched from my home in Greymouth via NZ Post or Courierpost.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY:
I aim to have your order packed within 1-3 business days and shipped within 4 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been received, you can expect your order to be delivered within the following timeframes:

Auckland - delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch

North Island - delivered within 2-3 business days after dispatch

South Island - delivered within 2-4 business days after dispatch

Rural - please allow a further 2-4 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary depending on public holidays and during peak holidays or sale seasons. Some rural deliveries may take longer. We do not accept PO Box or Parcel locker addresses.

Damaged Items
I make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from its journey to you. However, if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact here and I will be more than happy to resolve any issues.
Cancelled Orders
You may cancel your order, provided I have not yet dispatched it. I will refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with. Please contact me as soon as possible and I will do our best to accommodate your request. Contact here
